Results
We translate the meaning of the business into market terms to build consistent visibility
The problem is not the lack of tools, but the absence of a strategy that integrates communication, content, and marketing under a single concept.
We designed a visibility system that connects the corporate narrative with commercial narratives under a single concept
What we develop
Results
Greater efficiency in marketing and communication investment, with sustainable results in positioning and visibility.
Growth without trust is not sustainable
When governance is weak or leadership lacks coherence, conflicts arise, legitimacy is lost, and reputational risks increase.
We structure governance, leadership, and stakeholder relations to consolidate the organization’s credibility and stability.
What we develop
Results
A reliable organization with strong leadership and sufficient legitimacy to sustain its growth
Multicom was founded in 1997 by Elena Hurtado Domínguez (Elena Moss) in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with an initial focus on communication and marketing.
From its inception, it incorporated a strategic vision that integrated communication, marketing, and intangible asset management, demonstrating that coherence between identity, action, and positioning directly impacts business results.
Over time, the practice evolved into applied research in communication, reputation and business management, giving rise to its own methodologies for reputation assessment and management.
From this evolution emerged the AIRE Model: Audit of Business Reputation Infrastructure, which integrates identity, culture, leadership, communication, and positioning into a unified framework.
For more than two decades, Multicom has supported companies and institutions across various sectors, building an experience based on strategy, research and execution.
Today, Multicom is a strategic services firm specializing in reputational infrastructure, helping growing companies to organize their structure, align their organization, and turn trust into an asset to sustain their growth.
