Founded in 1997

1997: Founded by Elena Hurtado Dominguez, it began its activities as a communication agency in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. However, given that the founder had already worked for 10 years in an advertising and marketing agency, job requests were basically focused on advertising campaigns and marketing programs. By articulating the strategic approach to communication with marketing. Efficiency in results became evident, thus emerging the MYCi Model “Integrated Marketing and Communication”.

2000: The Multicom Research Center was created, given that strategic communication management requires a “strategic plan” and this “information”, the research unit specialized in Communication, Reputation and intangibles is incorporated. The comprehensive approach and the theoretical and methodological support of the reputational approach allow us to consolidate an Image and Reputation Audit model integrated into the market called “AIRE”.

2002: The advertising agency “Blue Print” is incorporated into a strategic alliance, headed by Julio Perrogón and Carlos Vaca, incorporating graphic design, audiovisual production and editorial editing services

2012: From the Multicom Research Center, was assumed the field work, representation and marketing of the Business Monitor of Corporate Reputation “MERCO”, which ends in 2020.

2016: Starts operations from the United States to Latin America, representing and marketing Professor Philip Kotler’s project “Kotler Impact”, which ends in 2020.

2019: The Multicom CEM Training Center is created, focused on teaching everything about marketing, communication, reputation and intangibles, under the premise “We teach what we do.”

2021: Center for Change Management and Organizational Culture. Oriented towards digital transformation.
